Myofascial release is a tool used by bodyworkers to initiate traumatic release; it locates and physically frees the restrictions in muscle and surrounding fascial tissue that store trauma. As fascial tensions unwind, memories may surface and release, causing the body to spontaneously ‘replay’ previous traumas, especially while working on the deeper layers of the body. This release initiates an unlocking the frozen components of the nervous system, marking the reconnection of the brain with the tissue housing the trauma, allowing transformation and healing to commence.

Being an out-of-network provider allows me to provide detailed and personalized care for every patient without the limitations that insurance imposes on providers.
If your insurance covers the services that you received in our clinic, Labyrinth will provide you with the necessary paperwork needed to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for your appointment; I am unable to bill your insurance directly.
